When developing AcquireTM Enterprise talent acquisition and applicant tracking solution, we incorporated SmartTrack!’s workflow automation technology and designed AcquireTM Enterprise from a workflow driven approach. You know what needs to be done; why not use an applicant tracking system that knows as well.  Using "industry best practices" SmartTrack provides definable actions and automated workflows that allow Acquire to move things forward, stop and ask questions when necessary, and keep the process on track - the SmartTrack!.

With SmartTrack!, AcquireTM talent acquisition and applicant tracking software is constantly monitoring the data that’s in the system. It looks for what has changed... for example,  have new applicants applied? Has the job req gotten the necessary approvals? Are we closing in on a hiring deadline? AcquireTM recognizes what needs to be done next based on the rules that are defined and presents that information to you as an action item or takes action directly. This allows you to be proactive instead of re-active.  

SmartTrack! interacts with all the information in the database and  allows you to set up workflow rules that can update records, automatically create follow up action items, create escalations and notifications, calendar items, documents, submissions and more. SmartTrack! supports multi-stage workflows that allow you to have a series of events take place based on a specific business stage or procedure.

For example a typical work flow might go like this; as part of a specific position I have an assessment or questionnaire that will be part of the second step in the selection process. Acquire knows that this position includes this step, so when the candidate moves from the first step to the second, Acquire’s SmartTrack! will automatically send the candidate an email with instructions and a link to login and complete the assessment or questionnaire. Acquire will be monitoring this process and let you know with an update at the WorkCenter dashboard when it’s complete. Acquire will update the candidates record and move them to the next stage and let you know which action needs to be taken next. Additionally, let’s say that the assessment or questionnaire is time sensitive; Acquire is looking for that too. If the assessment or questionnaire is not received, Acquire will automatically send out a follow up email requesting the information along with creating a follow up appointment on your calendar.
